Job Description
Position Summary
Set up machinery using programmed equipment
Understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Clean and disassemble / reassemble equipment
Re-screen and spray test samples
Prepare resins, pigments and other raw materials together for upcoming runs
Prepare and perform machine changeovers
Transport finished runs to shipping department
Package and label finished goods in designated cartons and stack them on appropriate skids
Practice waste reducing procedures
Work to continuously improve all areas of productivity and reduce scrap
Maintain cleanliness of work station
Continually monitor production runs to detect deviations from standards and make minor adjustments as necessary
Conduct quality checks as required
Additional duties as assigned

Position Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1 year working experience as Machine Operator, or in a similar position preferred
Mechanical aptitude and good organizational ability
Proven experience to follow safety instructions and work guidelines
Proficient in English (written and oral)

Working Conditions
Standing for periods of up to 10 hours
Repetitive lifting of up to 60 lbs
Exposure to dust and powder coating paint
Wearing of a face mask and other PPE as required for up to 9 hours
Only day shift
